The project partners begin to prepare the project’s results with the exploitation seminar

The TOP-REF consortium traveled to the city of Lisbon (Portugal) to celebrate a new General Assembly during the 9th and 10th of March, coinciding with an Exploitation Seminar that took place the second day of meetings.

The event was hosted by the project partner Galp at its facilities in the Portuguese capital. Results of the demonstrations carried out at DCI and Petrogal production plants were presented, with special attention at the utility and process models developed, as well as in the monitoring system, opening the discussions on the expected results and next steps.

The replication on other sectors was also addressed, focusing on the use of methodology and the indicators in order to provide information about how to implement the TOP-REF tool and methodologies in other sectors.

In general terms, and due to the current stage of the project, the aim of the meeting was to set the basis for preparing the final results of the project, as well as their dissemination. For this reason, an exploitation workshop was organized so as to present the relevance of valorizing the intellectual capital acquired during TOP-REF. The workshop aimed to help establishing an appropriate exploitation strategy addressing the key exploitable results. This will contribute to widespread TOP-REF achievements to new sectors and initiatives all across Europe
